This web-site is dedicated to the restoration, preservation and modernization of the original Tae Kwon Do.

Since the creation of Tae Kwon Do in 1954, Tae Kwon Do has become very popular.
This is the result of the dedication of the founder of Tae Kwon Do, General Choi Hong Hi,
Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors and supporters worldwide.

Sadly, this is no longer the case today. Over many years, as a result of General Choi’s political involvement in South and North Korea, as well as continued infighting among ITF Tae Kwon Do practitioners, the original International Tae Kwon Do Federation has been divided into many groups devoid of a single world governing body.

A Tae Kwon Do Pioneers Group has been formed to return the ITF style to its former status of the ‘ world’s most popular and powerful martial art’. The goal is to reunite ITF practitioners worldwide.  In order to achieve this lofty goal, we must all be willing to put aside our political differences and assist one another for the future benefit of Tae Kwon Do.
